....I love this dessert idea!
via Bella Mumma
It's been a lovely week....first week of the school holidays....long, mostly sunny days....exploring London by bus, Tube, train and canal....time with friends....the movies....time with family....
My week-end....visiting my Dad who is still very poorly....
and, to distract myself with something a little happier, my birthday is coming up next week so I need to make some fun plans....
I wish you a very happy and sunny week-end!!

Morning sweetpea. What a lovely Friday Fab to wake up to - I am on a go-slow today it seems. Still in PJ's...
That image of Julianne Moore is incredible - she is so beautiful. I like the quotes too, especially the one about keeping smiling. I must try that! So I hope you have a nice weekend and big hugs for the whole situation with your Dad - hopefully he will be on the mend soon. Birthday planning will help - for sure. I recommend pamper session, family and friends all in equal measure! Take care, Lou x
Such a pretty collection :) Wish I could master the tousled hair in the first shot and the quotes are lovely, too.
I'm sorry to hear about your dad - I do hope that he gets better soon.
Have a great weekend and take care.
What gorgeous pictures...they took me away to a beautiful, romantic perfect place for a minute. Love that dessert idea too..how cute!! Enjoy your weekend.

Darling I am so sorry to hear your dad is still ill. Is he still home with you or back to hospital again?
My step dad was rushed in a few days ago and is now in the hospital as well. Such worry..!
Loving this post - so full of Spring time energy and life. I hope the sun is shining on you and that you get some relief in your worrying soon.
I am off on a little holiday with the fam but will pop in and wish you happy birthday when we are back.
Thinking of you and sending big virtual hugs!
All will be well..!

Simone, thanks so much for stopping by my blog and commenting! I've followed your blog for some time now, and consider it one of the loveliest blogs around. I'm honored that you even took notice of mine! :) I'm a confirmed Anglophile, and dream of visiting the UK someday. Thanks again for commenting...enjoy the Will & Kate festivities!
Oh, one more thing...I do agree that people all over the world want Will and Harry to be happy. They underwent such a tragedy at such a young age. I think everyone is wishing the best for Will and Kate's marriage. May it be happy and longlasting!
My two favourite images are the flowers suspended and hanging in bottles and the desert in jam jars. Perfect ideas for a perfect week xo
Thinking of you, and what beautiful and serene photos you've shared. I was born in the UK and London is one of my favorite places! My birthday is also this week and wishing you a lovely day xo http://www.redpoppyfashion.blogspot.com
