A Little Blog Birthday....and A Lot of Happiness

I've had such a great week this week....

today I am feeling absolutely buoyant :)

It's been super-busy : a challenge of time, emotion, not enough sleep & not enough hours in the day....

but I've been eating right, exercising a lot, planning & making things happen.

Yesterday I began a programme of High Intensity Interval Training with my personal trainer....

so challenging that at one point I did feel as though I was a "Biggest Loser" participant....

but afterwards I felt fantastic - both happy & surprised that I'd managed to finish it. 

Earlier this week I was a guest at an intimate - and very lovely - lunch to introduce the Microsoft Spring Collection....

I will be writing about it very soon on my blog....

but I must share that I was the incredibly lucky (and excited) winner of a gorgeous

Asus Zenbook !!!!

I'm still smiling from ear to ear ;)  

Yesterday my blog was three years old!!

I can't really believe it....

it's most definitely been a journey but it also only seems like just the other day that I began writing it.

There are so many things that I could say about my whole blogging experience....

but actually, quite simply,  it's been a wonderful, absolutely happy & positive time for me.

I've had some amazing experiences and met many wonderful people....

I've had the most fantastic time!

I don't tend to give advice....

but I would recommend writing a blog to anyone....

you never know what you might discover about yourself or where it will lead to.

I can almost guarantee that you will surprise yourself.

My daughter has been taking exams every day this week at school & just about now she will be finishing her last one....

hoorah!!

This week-end we will be "revision free"....and simply getting outside and having fun....

I'm going to enjoy every single minute of it.
