Summer Beauty : Food Blogs

I am following a new exercise programme & keeping a food diary which I send to my trainer each week - and every week so far, she has pointed out how I could do better & where I can make even more sensible choices.

As she says....I can do all the exercise in the world and work on my fitness levels every day of the week but it's what I do in the kitchen that is the most important part of what I am working on with her.

And so, I am constantly looking for inspiration for what my family and I eat each day.

There are some absolutely fantastic food blogs out there and I just wanted to share a few of those that I read....

This video won her Best Food Video in the Saveur.com 2012 awards....watch it and you'll see why....and then go visit her blog!

  1. Oh delicious! I LOVE food blogs - there's something about the fabulous close up photography that they tend to include that makes me want to cook (as in EAT) EVERYTHING that I see!

  2. Thanks for sharing these blogs Simone.
I'm on a bit of a health kick myself at the moment and am always on the lookout for healthy and tasty recipes.
Love looking at food photos - even if some things are out of bounds at the moment!
Hope you have a great week.

  3. I love reading food blogs. So many are just gorgeous to look at without evening attempting to make the delicious dishes! I found another great one recently - and ended up buying her book too! La Tartine Gourmande.
